Bliss Studio & Gallery is Currently looking for candidates to fill the following part-time position:
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to owner, manager and employees to ensure efficient communication, organization and operation of the studio, office, and gallery. Responsible for time sensitive material such as payroll, art applications and employee forms. Familiar with artistic terminology and a studio environment’s concepts, practices and procedures. Deeper knowledge of studio practice is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email with the accountant, businesses, customers and clients, ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and multi-tasking is expected. Schedule Fridays & Saturdays 9am - 5pm plus special events.
