About the Artist

Jodie Bliss, the owner of Bliss Studio, is an artist, blacksmith, and metal fabricator with over 20 years of experience. Her focus is creating beautiful and compelling artwork through research and development of an idea or concept, design, and skillful execution. 

Jodie’s sculptures range from custom architectural ironworks, to private and fine art commissions, to large-scale public sculptures for municipalities. Her work carries a broad spectrum of styles, including both figurative and abstract. She finds inspiration in helping others communicate their own creative vision, which has brought extensive experience and collaborative opportunities along the Front Range of Colorado and beyond. 

Jodie holds a Masters Degree in Fine Art Sculpture as well as a Bachelors in Creative Writing. Her love for the written word, in combination with her fascination with the human mind, are two of the major driving forces behind the development of her ideas.

Jodie can be found showing her work at juried fine art shows across the nation: from Miami to San Francisco, Aspen, Jackson Hole, and many more. Her public sculpture can be seen across Colorado, Kansas, Belize, and Germany.
